Happy Labor Day, everyone! This year the holiday also coincides with opening day of Dove Season. My boys went out this morning and hopefully they'll come back with a limit each. There is nothing better than a dove breast wrapped with a strip of bacon and then cooked in a smoker! Monday, September 1, 2008
