Tomatoes! Finally!

Our tomatoes are finally turning red!

I was so excited!

Well, the cherry tomatoes at least are turning red.  The bigger tomatoes still have a ways to go.

My first crop.

And of course I used every one on my tomato sandwich.  Toasted white bread slathered with mayo (not Miracle Whip), sliced tomatoes, salt, pepper, all topped with finely chopped sweet onions.  

Delicious!

    Yea! for you!! Still no ripe tomatoes here......have had zuchinni, summer squash, crookneck squash, radishes, lettuce.....my pumpkins are coming along nicely.....so exicted about that.
    I still want....no, crave.....the Chinese chicken Salad recipe from Bill!! Please!!
