I let the cows out yesterday afternoon and they were enjoying the greenery (I hesitate to say grass) immensely.
The little one (I named her Waneata) understood my idea of eating the garden weeds down.
Her mother, on the other hand, felt the need to wander just a bit. While I was out watching the cows I took a picture of these plum blossoms from the next door neighbors' tree.
Some storms are said to be coming in and we're supposed to have more rainy weather Wednesday through Saturday. From the looks of it outside right now the weather people are probably right.
I was just trimming the ram's feet and it was sprinkling ever so slightly. I'm planning on bringing him to the Western Stockman's Auction Yard on Thursday (they started auctioning sheep after the Jones Auction Yard shut down) and I hope the weather doesn't deter anyone looking for a nice ram!

It was fun to get out and ride with you again... till later..mt
Wow, another beautiful fruit tree. I wish I had some around here. I think at our new place there is possibly and apricot tree, but it's not even budding yet. It's not in good shape so we may have to pull it out and replace it with a new one in a better location too.
Thanks for sharing more spring.
Oh, I cannot believe your out and about, not to mention trimming sheep hooves...lol. Take care and try not to over do it. I am glad your getting back to normal though!

Good cows, good cows!!
If you don't get Martha Stewart Living, take a peek at the store, Martha has finally caught us with you! She (or a servant!) made those hypertufa pots! Hers were a bit smaller.
