Since my last mushroom blog we've harvested the mushrooms twice more. Each time they looked like this.
I don't know what it is about home grown veggies and fruits, but they taste so much better than the store bought versions. Like I mentioned before these are just regular, plain-old white button mushrooms. They are much more flavorful than the store bought mushrooms. Kind of sweeter, actually.
Delicious.

I think I might try mushrooms, they look so perfect, and I am guessing pretty much work free too!! Can not believe all those pictures Bill took, just so beautiful!
