We harvested one potato plant and were pleased with the results. These were from the containter.
These are the Yukon Gold. The red potatoes are still growing (the green leaves in the picture).

How they ended up: boiled and chunked with tons of butter and some grated parmesan alongside a Cornish game hen. Delish!

YEAH!!! I am so doing this next year!! As I said, I still remember home grown potatoes, they actually taste different, SO much better! And that dinner looks wonderful!

I have a couple of sweet potato plants in the ground now, we'll see how that works out. Congrats on you harvest, they look SO yummy.
Well......yum!! Speaking of yum......I made the Chinese Chicken Salad last night......love, love, love it!
